Spread Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Across Lagos Communities, Apatira Urges Grassroots Media Aides

Executive chairman of Itire-Ikate Local Council Development Area, Hon. Dr Ahmed Olanrewaju Apatira, has urged Chief Press Secretaries of Conference 57 to spread the ‘Renewed Hope’ gospel of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu across communities in the state.

The council helmsman gave the charge while felicitating Chief Press Secretaries of Conference 57 as the group commences fifth edition of its annual media retreat on Friday, November 18.

This year’s event themed, “Free and Fair Elections: The Role of the media” will hold in Somolu-Bariga LCDA under the chairmanship of ALGON-Conference 57 Chairman, Hon Alabi Kolade David while His Excellency Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu is the special guest of honour.

He described the Association of Chief Press Secretaries (CPS), as the bridge between the government and the general public in the grassroots.

He urged the mouthpiece of the grassroots to spread the ‘Renewed Hope’ of the APC national leader and presidential candidate, His Excellency; Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, across communities in Lagos State.

“We have begun the Asiwaju project and you must take the forefront in the advocacy of Bola Tinubu’s emergence as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,” he added.

Dr Apatira assured that under Tinubu’s presidency equal distribution of dividends of democracy is assured.

The Association of Chief Press Secretaries (CPS) commenced a three day annual media retreat on Friday, 18th November, 2022

The media retreat is expected to come to a close on Sunday 20th, November 2022.
