Apatira Celebrates GAC Leader, Prince Olusi’s 86 Impactful Years

It was harvest of garlands as the leader of the Lagos State apex advisory body, Governance Advisory Council, GAC, Prince Tajudeen Oluyole Olusi turns 86.

Executive Chairman, Itire-Ikate Local Council Development Area, Hon. (Dr) Ahmed Olanrewaju Apatira, who joined other dignitaries to celebrate the Prince of Lagos, described the astute politician as a principled and selfless leader and a pillar for Progressive ideals.

Prince Olusi, the council helmsman asserted has proven to be a dependable and reliable leader and politician whose contributions to the socio-economic and political development of the centre of excellence and Nigeria in general cannot be ignored or denied.

“Today, I join the Olusi Royal family, friends, associates and all Nigerians to congratulate Baba on his 86th birthday anniversary. I commend him for his outstanding contributions to democratic governance and his dedication and commitment to the progressive cause.

As a committed democrat and compassionate leader of men, Baba Olusi has done so much for the progressive family and Nigeria as a whole.

In addition to the roles he played during the era of the defunct Alliance for Democracy and Action Congress of Nigeria, he also played a significant role in the formation of APC.

Baba devoted his public life to engendering a truly democratic, just, and egalitarian society where everyone is allowed to attain a happy and prosperous life.

Baba has been a father figure and a mentor to younger politicians across the country, particularly in the Southwest region.
