Former Women Leader of the Lagos State All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Adetoun Adediran is dead.
Adediran who was the first female Deputy Speaker of the State’s House of Assembly between 1999 and 2003 died in the early hours of Wednesday at the age of 51 after a brief illness.
She represented Surulere Constituency 1 at the House of Assembly for 4years.
After the expiry of her tenure, Adediran was appointed to serve in government parastatals before being appointed as State Women Leader of Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) and then All Progressives Congress (APC).
It was gathered that Adediran fell sick only for two days before her death today.
