Renowned Ibadan based Prophet Michael Ojo Olowere fondly called Baba Automatic, Apostle Sunday Popoola and other Ministers of God on Saturday declared that the coming elections would be peaceful in Nigeria particularly in Oyo state if the citizens could sustain their faith in God.
The Ministers of God made the proclamation last Saturday at the Lekan Salami stadium during the February edition of Women Intercessory Network, a prayer programme organised by the Oyo State First Lady, Mrs Florence Ajimobi.
Speaking to the congregation, Prophet Olowere said Nigerians should be praising God that in spite of the antics of evil men in the country, people still remain united without any division.
The man of God prophesied that no power of darkness would prevail in Nigeria
Olowere further called on the citizens to cultivate the habit of glorifying God and praising him at all times stressing that God appreciates His creatures glorifying His name at all times.
On his part, Apostle Popoola, the General Overseer of World Communication Ministry made a prophetic declaration that Nigeria would not witness any violence during the coming elections.
“All satanic forces working to cause crisis will be consumed by the fire of holy spirit before these coming elections. Children of God will pool their spiritual forces together to ensure that peace reign on our land”, he added.
Other ministers of God featured during the three hour programme include Arch-Bishop D.S. Olaniyi, Pastor Dolapo Adelakun , Evangelist Toun Soetan, Lady Evangelist Kemi Opatunde, Pastor Mrs Deborah Ayokunle, Evangelist Bukola Akinade Mrs Comfort Akinfenwa and others.
In her brief remark, Convener of the prayer conference, the First Lady of Oyo State, Mrs. Ajimobi advised parents to warn their children and wards not to allow themselves to be used as thugs during the coming elections pointing out that children of contestants are expecting victory for their parents and “you should not expect the arrest of yours for causing violence.”
She added that she is confident that all candidates of All Progressives Congress would emerge victorious at the polls based on the achievements of her husband during his first and second term in office.
