Beer Joint Owner Stabs Customer For Celebrating Buhari’s Victory At The Tribunal

A die-hard supporter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Best Uduophori has allegedly stabbed his neighbour, Elvis Omoiri, a fan of the All Progressives Congress for celebrating the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.

According to report, trouble started when Elvis expressed his satisfaction at the judgment and his love for President Buhari’s administration but Uduophori who is a supporter of the PDP presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar disagreed with him and out of anger broke a bottle and stabbed Elvis.

An eyewitness narrated that, Elvis, had gone to a beer parlour owned by Uduophori at Okolona, Effurun in Warri on Thursday, following the tribunal judgment, to celebrate Buhari’s victory with his friends over bottles of beers, the sight of which infuriated Uduophori and he reportedly stabbed Elvis.

The victim was rushed to an undisclosed hospital over injuries he sustained on his neck, head and other parts of his body.
