LUTH delivers pregnant COVID-19 patients of baby girl

A pregnant 40-year-old COVID-19 patient on Monday delivered of a baby girl.
The baby which was delivered by a team of doctors comprising anaesthetists and nurses weighing 3.3kg and was said to be in good health.
The tweet posted on LUTH official Twitter handle reads,“A team of LUTH Drs, anaesthetists and Nurses delivered a woman with COVID-19 of a baby girl this afternoon.
40yr old mother and 3.3kg baby are doing fine.
Our gratitude go to these gallant men & women & all warriors making d nation proud in d face of this scourge.”
