Founder and Spiritual Head of Shafaudeen In Islam World wide,Professor Sabit Ariyo Olagoke JP has challenged the Federal and state governments to address the problems facing the country particularly in the health ,education and other sectors.
His position that the governments were not doing enough was contained in his message to Nigerian to mark the EidEl fitri and which was sent from the corporate Head Quarters of the movement Wakajaye Ibadan.
Prof. Olagoke who is also the President of Ajagun Esin Consultative Forum urged the governments to avoid any form of diversionary means that could slow down the country’s development .

“You should use this period of COVID 19 phobia to address the primary issues on ground in the areas of Health Sector, Education, Poverty and Hunger, as well as Infrastructural challenges.
Prof Olagoke said there is an urgent and dire need for the downward review of political office holders’ salaries and allowances including top officials in institutions and agencies.
He added that reduction of cost of entourage management is desired without downsizing the workforce to avoid social menace and the country from economic collapse during and after COVID 19 pandemic.
On COVID 19,(he charged medical and pharmaceutical Departments, Institutions, Research Centres, Herbal Experts and NAFDAC to work together on home grown scientific based cultured antidote to COVID 19 to cure victims.
The Chief Imam of Shafaudeen pointed out that religious sectors must be critically examined on scripture compliance, house of worship sacredness, for government and the nation to depend and rely on their clerics and for COVID 19 to be stopped through divine intervention”.
“In Shafaudeen ,we are unrelenting in our prayers for the country and our leaders to be divinely guided. We citizens should play our own role,he added
Olagoke admonished people to maintain personal hygiene by observing social distancing and washing of hands regularly and obey the state task force directive
The renowned preacher reminded residents of Oyo state in particular to be obedient to constituted authorities as reports reaching him showed that there was no total compliance in some areas of Ibadan.
