Day Of Joy As OAP Laide Gold’s Niece, Kemisola Ties The Knot

It was a day of joy for one of the most popular OAP, Olaide Gold of Bond FM, Lagos, Nigeria when her niece Kemisola Ogunbayo joined the exclusive club of married women penultimate Saturday at RCCG Court of His Majesty, Ipaja, Lagos

Speaking after the wedding ceremony that drew the crème de la crème of Nigeria’s broadcast sector to the flamboyant reception, Kemisola was full of praises to God for securing her bone of her bone and flesh of her flesh.

She said, “Wedding is better experience than imagined. I have so much dreamt about today. And I give thanks to the heavenly father for making it a reality. I am very happy and most-honoured with the large turnout.”

The visibly ecstatic bridegroom, Biodun Aretola like his bribe was appreciative of God’s favours in his life as he said, “I have nothing to give God than to thank Him for His goodness and mercy that endure forever. Kemisola is my choice and even my parent’s choice. She is such a pleasant wife from a decent family. I couldn’t ask for more in a woman. I just have to thank God for blessing me with a virtues woman” Biodun disclosed.

Laide Gold who assumed the job of marriage mediator during the engagement ceremony in the early hours of Saturday morning, said she was happy posing as a mediator between the two families which is part of her choice of job.

She said, “My niece engagement will not be an exception. I am so happy for kemi and I did my best to stand by her because she has made the family proud. In my family when a female member chose not to go to a man’s house with polythene bag, she will always have a face in our family. So I congratulate her for choosing to be among the respected female members of the family and I also pray that her new home will favour her. She will not be a laughing stock, she will give birth easily.”
