May Your Life Continue To Exude Glory, Honour, Apatira Greets Oba Of Lagos On Birthday

Executive Chairman of Itire-Ikate Local Council Development Area, Hon. (Dr) Ahmed Olanrewaju Apatira, has paid a glowing tribute to the Oba of Lagos, HRH Oba Rilwan Osuolale Akiolu on his 79th birthday.

In his tribute to Oba Akiolu who doubles as the chairman of the Lagos state Council of Obas, Apatira declared that the monarch exude glory and honour.

According to him, the royal king is prestigious among the royalties.

He said, “You have made and still making important contributions to humanity and the development of the State and the country at large.

As a super cop, you distinguished yourself at the Nigerian Police, serving in various capacities for 32 years and retiring as Assistant Inspector-General in 1999.

“Since your ascension to the throne in 2003 as the 21st Oba of Lagos, you have provided exceptional leadership within the traditional and political ecosystems. This is evident in the growth and development of Lagos, no wonder you are widely called ‘Olowo-Eko’.

Sir, my relationship with you has been of immense benefit in the area of support and wise counsel as you have done to other sons and daughters of our dear centre of excellence.

“On this special day, I pray God continue to bless the day you were crowned a king.

My king, it’s your birthday, today. I pray your crown remain radiant as your reign continue to be beautiful and peaceful.
